 | Welcome to the home of Dave Shepard. Dave started his real estate career at the age of 17, when he purchased his first apartment building in Montreal, QC. Within 2 years and 4 realtors later, Dave had managed to add an additional 3 properties to his portfolio. However, he had concluded that it was harder to find a knowledgable realtor then it was to find a profitable building. As an owner/investor, Dave knew and understood what property owners needed and desired in a realtor, and decided to obtain a real estate license. Dave and his fiancee decided to move to beautiful West Vancouver in 2006, and in his first 12 months as a realtor, he managed to list or sell $10 million of properties. Dave's outgoing personality and desire to please his clients is noticed in his work and has helped him secure marketing agreements for $30 million in future developments, and a joint marketing arrangement with the #1 realtor on Salt Spring Island.
